Most of those women have very different techniques to Carrie though, so her overall sound is quite different to theirs even if the ranges are similar. Technique-wise, she's most similar to Christina A. Carrie is the only one that hasn't had any formalized vocal training and doesn't do vocal warm-ups either, so who knows what the full potential of her range actually is.

Carrie fans aren't particularly active within the YouTube vocal community, that's the problem. Most of these coaches on Youtube only react to singers whose fan bases are most active, because it drives up their views and subscribers when they do so. Even if it's someone that isn't really known for their vocals, like a Billie Eilish or Taylor Swift, or even Selena Gomez, for example. They'll react to those "singers" and get tens of thousands of views within like a week.
