OMG, this is so exciting.... but now I have to order Apple music. Carrie, why not Spotify or Amazon, lol.

Note: Don't be posting any caps on this site! The whole reason for this on Apple music is to encourage more subscribers so it's not good for Carrie if we cap and share it.

There’s a free trial option. That’s what I’m using I just need to remember to cancel before November 18. It’s a 3 month free trial. I would keep it but I don’t want another bill

I listened to it at work and on my way home! It was so awesome! She sounded great and the music selection was awesome!! For those that have Apple Music, they posted the first episode to listen to it if you didn’t get a chance to listen live!

“I was super excited when Apple Music came to me with the idea of hosting my own show to launch Apple Music Country. Radio played a huge role in my life growing up. We always had the radio on in the house, in the car, it felt like it was just everywhere. My dad loved country, my sisters loved rock and metal and pop, and that’s how I learned to love all kinds of music. We’ll definitely be playing songs and artists you know and love, and maybe introduce you to some others that you hadn’t thought about. The show will be constantly changing, but the through line will be lots of country music at the heart of it and having fun along the way.” – Carrie

Quick question - did she sing (any of the songs) or was she purely a host and playing those studio recorded songs?

Do we know when the episodes will air? What day of the week? I know it says monthly but is there anymore information about the schedule? I enjoyed episode 1. Carrie makes a good radio host. She chose a wide variety of music. Excited for the next show.

I finally had a chance to listen to the first episode. Greatness all around from hosting to the music choices. She has a bit of a habit at times to throw 'ums' into her speech when speaking extemporaneously. She clearly rehearsed well because I heard very little of that and she sounded very polished.

I have always thought she would be great at radio. She could even do more of this in the years to come
(I feel like the rehearsal etc. is her putting her degree to use..haha)

Apple music pulled it and Carrie's official site has removed the article about the launch. Apparently is it is over after one episode.

I figured something was up because Kelsea has already had 3 episodes and Carrie only had 1. A little disappointed because it was a cool concept, but not very surprised because she is involved in so much already like SNF, Calia, the Opry, etc. On top of she probably is using a lot of her time atm to plan for her next studio album which will most likely come out next year. Just happy Apple Music took interest in Carrie by extending her an offer to have one.
