Carrie's big announcement

Hmmm... we will have to see how many shows. I’m comparing this to her tours which take in upwards of $30 - 60 million so $1- 2 million doesn’t seem like much for an artist of her caliber. Again, we will wait and see. My numbers above were based on ten shows.

I'm just guessing. Using a $100 ticket price (another guess), that's $500,000 per show, but I imagine that the venue takes in something too.

Im thinking that Carrie will take in 500K per show but the venue will benefit from all the gamblers they take in. Besides, the ticket prices are like $100 for back seats and higher for up front.

$100 is just a conservative guess. For a new venue at a place like this I wouldn't surprised if the ticket price was doubled.

The last Vegas show I went to was Elton John, our tickets were 350 apiece and we could only get the noise bleed because they were sold out. Our tickets for Donnie & Marie were 200 apiece and we are club members. Vegas tickets can be very pricey.

I will go to as many shows as I can get tickets for. If we drive to Vegas it’s 7 hours, a flight is just under an hour.

Do you think that fan club members will get a day or so to buy tickets before they go on sale to the public?

This isn't like a regular Carrie event (we technically still don't even know exactly what it is), I don't think it would be treated similarly. The venue would likely handle how tickets are sold.

Speaking of money. Here is some info about the rumored amount for Katy.
@kperrysquad .@katyperry Will receive about 5,25M per show on her Vegas Residency.

She will be paid 168M in total for 32 shows.

Interesting. I wish I had some insiders to explain how the artist gets paid. Do they get paid to have a residency and some rations from ticket sales? In order for Katy to be making that much money, I think that would have to be the case. Yes, she’s popular but her last album didn’t really do so well nor did any single catch the attention of the masses. Carrie’s last two projects created more motion than Katy’s album... just saying. I do like Katy so I’m not shading her.

I saw Shania, Mariah, and Celine at their Vegas residencies and those were some of the best concerts I've ever been to. The Coliseum at Caesar's Palace holds 4,100 people so it felt very intimate. Completely different atmosphere than a big arena. I mean, I was able to touch Shania's arm! lol The shows were the highest quality I've ever seen. Plus the sound is AMAZING! If this place is anything like Caesar's, it will be awesome.

I saw those too and Rod Stewart also. Rod stopped and chatted with me while running thru soccer balls....lol

I saw Brooks & Dunn w/ Reba at Caesars and i agree that venue is excellent, i would imagine whatever Resorts World has planned will be amazing! I will definitely try to go. It sounds like the concert facility won’t even be ready until fall. I would agree with those that are saying December sounds like a good timeline for Carrie and Luke, as that would line with up the big rodeo they have down there.

I want so bad to see Reba and Brooks and Dunn in Vegas.

If you look at Luke’s tour dates. He’s had Sept. 3rd to Sept. 23rd completely open. Perhaps they do monthly residencies. And September is Luke????

$500K is what they pay Carrie for live concerts like State Fair. I already bought my ticket to see her at "Washington State Fair" at Puyallup Fairgrounds on September 04, 2021 ... Ground Floor, Row 13. But, I THINK this is MORE like an "ENDORSEMENT" of "Resorts World Las Vegas" which involves celebrities like Carrie Underwood, Celine Dione, Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, Jedd, etc. Something like Carrie's "CALIA By Carrie" and "Body Armor Sports Drink". This is some sort of a "marketing campaign", a business advertisement. So, it could be HIGHER than $500K. Plus, the crowd that will attend to see their shows will go to their casinos, bars, and rent their rooms. I WILL DEFINITELY FLY AND SEE CARRIE AT "RESORTS WORLD LAS VEGAS".

In regards to Luke September does make sense but he also has AI unless he stops judging.
I think all their Residencies will be a couple of weeks or dates for a few months. Similar to Keith Urbans and the rumored Kelly Clarkson one.
I was just pointing out his tour dates because some have said CU couldn't tour etc.
