I'm very honored for this article that Jupiter Saxophones released on my journey of picking up the saxophone (after shelving it for 20 years) and performing/touring with their horn on the #CryPrettyTour360 with Carrie Underwood
It has definitely been a career highlight in bringing a new instrument (from the past) into my professional arsenal. Whether performing it live in front of 10 to 15,000 concert goers or to millions on TV award shows, it was a blast to expand my musician palate.
And yes, this also is another reason why music & arts education are so important in our schools! Ya just never know when it may come in handy.
