Does anyone think this is Carrie's voice?

I'm not sure if it's her, but, to me, it sounds like her, and I'd be glad to know what others think!

The voice occurs in the background, between about 0.40 and 0.50. (Most of what is said is indistinct, but there is a mention of Patsy Cline)

Man you have bat like ears! They play a video before each show that highlights some of the Opry history especially the flood that came through a few years ago. Carrie narrates it.
