I love fitness! For the past three four years, I have ran and followed a program called, “VShred”. It was an amazing program, but in the spirit of being adventurous I have started, “Fit52”. Honestly, I really enjoy it. The workouts are challenging, unique, and definitely give you an appreciation for Carrie’s dedication to fitness. So far, I’ve completed Week 1! You can customize your path by choosing how many days you will workout. Personally, I workout 5 days and take 2 rest days. I’d love to hear thoughts of those who use the program and see what y’all do!
