Mike being traded?

I don't know if this has been posted yet, so sorry if it has.

There have been a bunch of rumors saying that Mike might be traded. I really hope it isn't true because I love the
Senators and I love Mike.

i will say two things

1) getting traded is part and parcel of being a pro athlete in North America. If Wayne Gretzky can get traded, anyone can.

2) in the weeks leading up to the trade deadline, there will be tons of talk about players possibly getting traded. there will be dozens if not hundreds of "rumors" out there and only a few of them will actually happen. i'm not saying that these "rumors" have no merit to them, as many teams often inquire about making a trade and have interest, but making an initial inquiry is still a long long way to becoming close to happening. i just hope carrie fans don't spend everyday chasing every "rumor" out there.
