Idk what to name this thread so if your a moderator you can change the name of this thread if you can think of a better title

A friend of mine shared this on Facebook and I know there are Carrie fans who lives in New York

It basically states that EVERYONE who might have a disease is a carrier and/or has the disease is to be detain and it is to become in affect 13 days after it becomes law. Note this is just a bill it hasn’t been passed and let’s pray that it doesn’t get pass cause of the following reasons. There are more I’m just listing 5 though.

1. Wasn’t it last year in which they released non violent inmates to reduce the spread of covid in prison
2. If they’re going to detain anyone who has/might have a disease then that person not get tested out of fear of the possibility of going to jail
3. Where is the funding going to come from? Your basically going to detain the entire state of New York COVID everywhere and last time I check New York was heavily populated.
4. Referring to #4 where are they going to sleep, where are the cells going to come from?
5. What happened to freedom, doctor patient confidentiality?
