Well that was a depressing way for the VIkings season to end. If Joe Webb is on this team as a QB(Even 3rd string) next year the rest of the offense should boycott the team until he is cut or relieved of his QB duties.. He can't complete a pass down the field and he allowed the Packers to have 11 guys inside of 5 yards which made it more difficult for Peterson to run.

Webb makes Tebow look like the best passing QB the league as ever seen.

We would have been better off just snapping the ball directly to Peterson!

Your boys got a bad break with Ponder not being able to go, he might not have made a difference but at least he would have brought a threat of a passing game.

Boldin had a great game.

Happy for Ray Lewis and Ravens!!!! Psalms 91. A good man with an awesome career and a role model for all young people to follow.

Ray Lewis never hides his Christian faith. "To get to God, you gotta go through things. Don't look at my yesterday, look at my tomorrow,"
"I've said it before, God never changes. The relationship was there all along."

Ray Lewis

Psalm 91 is a personal favorite scripture reference for Ray, who states that God is everything.

91 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

9 Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

It's always interesting to hear the players we cheer for every Sunday speak openly about their faith and love of Jesus Christ like Ray and Mike Fisher.

Went 3 - 1 last week.

Broncos over Ravens
49ers over Packers (have to stick with my preseason Super Bowl pick)
Falcons over Seahwaks (wouldn't be surprised at all if Seattle wins)
Patriots over Texans

Well I went 1-3 and the only one I got right was the one I was hoping I'd get wrong.
I hope you are right with all 4 of your picks.. I do however think GB will beat SF. Kapernick is just to untested. I hope I'm wrong though as the 9ers need to believe their QB move was right so they release A. Smith in the offseason and the Vikings can pick him up. If Kapernick looks terrible I could see them paying Smith his bonus and keeping both QB's.

Oh yes, this is the move that will make the Cowboys a Super Bowl contender.

I so need to find a new team to root for.

Jerry Jones didn't like having someone on his staff that he couldn't control. While Rob Ryan loves getting in front of the camera I do love his aggressive style of defense.
As for a new team to root for.. how about a team with the best RB in the game and a QB with a hot wife!-)

Ryan is right, he will not being out of a job very long.

I don't understand that move, their D wasn't great but they had a ton of guys who got hurt or who were playing hurt so Rob Ryan gets to the fall guy for a QB who can't play in big games and a head coach who would get out playcalled by my eight year old daughter.

The Dolphins don't have a top RB but they also have a QB with a hot wife. lol

The Lions don't have a good RB, but they have a top WR and a QB with a smoking hot girlfriend.

Then again, no one wants to root for the Lions, except those of us who like to be tortured.........

Wow! I guess this isn't a total surprise but it's still sad. Shanahan will face more criticism if this report is true.

That is just another example of the NFL being nothing more than a meat market, any player with any heart will never come out of a game and that is where a coach and/or owner needs to step up and yank that guy out of the game but that isn't going to happen very often.
