I thought it was confirmed that there were 16 or 17 thousand people at her staples center concert. I also thought Seattle was a sellout, and I thought Bakersfield was close to a sellout.

I was checking for Carrie tickets in Seattle a month prior and there was only a seat here and there - no two together - you could get the standing ones. Those scalpers must hold them till the last minute. Frustrating.

^ I tweeted the guy and asked him for the source of his DATA. If he doesn't respond, perhaps he is full of BS.

However--- Drake, Taylor, and several big pop stars Sold Out Staples Center with 12K each night (they did multiple nights but still). So it is not weird for Carrie to sell 13K and have it be a sellout.

Plus she may have sold more than that, but that could be her "sellout quota." Not sure.

I really hope we get confirmed data soon.

Wasn't it announced that it sold out though. I was a little surprised that Roanoke wasn't a sellout.

Hope she never plays Roanoke again - no offense. Freakin 5,000 people? Really? Carrie is way beyond those dinky venues. And it didn't even sell out. What the heck? I don't get it.

Thank God she sold out the big important cities anyway, like Nashville, Dallas, and LA. It is odd that her numbers were stronger for the Spring leg than the Fall leg. These numbers look much weaker. Sad.

Why do you think the numbers aren't like they were last leg? Do you think people don't just have the money? Or do you think they are playing places to close together? I mean the numbers are still great I just thought thier would be a few more sellouts.

Anybody have the final BA tour stats?

I know it made $50mil and the attendance average was ~98.5%.

Hoping we catch/surpass those!

I still can't believe they did not stop at State College in Pa. that was always a big draw and looked sold out to me when I went to them.

^BA tour sold out there but they didn't list it as such. They had to open up additional seating. I love that arena. Great acoustics.

The Spring tour did better it seems. But then again, Carrie kicked ASS in LA, Dallas, Nashville, etc- and is selling out MSG too-- which is huge.

So I guess she is selling out in the big cities that matter, but the smaller markets are either saturated or perhaps the economy there is depressed, Hard to say.

But Roanoke has been decreasing in numbers with each tour.....instead of increasing like the rest. So I think she needs to stop going there or soon she will be selling 3,000 seats there. Embarrassing and not necessary. Just scrap that venue.

Total for the tour until OCT 1 2016 is USD 39.897.484 (if we include Alaska).

We still have 25 shows to go, and if the average for each show is USD 600.000, that means we will get USD 15.000.000 . For the total of the tour : USD 54.897.484 from 87 shows.

BA Tour got USD 51.956.206 from 105 shows.

Some of the concert arena names are pretty funny to me. Taco Bell, Hershey, KFC Yum... lol sounds like food fest rather than a music concert XD

Yeah, I never really think about how arenas get their names, but I guess it's all about which corporation owns it. That is why the one in Nashville has changed names so many times. It was something before it was the Gaylord Entertainment Center and now it is Bridgestone Arena. KFC and Yum Brands (KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut) are based out of KY I think, so I guess they own that arena. The University of Louisville plays at the Papa Johns Stadium, where Kenny Chesney has performed his stadium shows before. We have a minor league ballpark in Lexington that used to be Applebee's Park, but now it's owned by a bank, so it's Whitaker Bank Ballpark.

The only one I know of around here that isn't named after a brand is Rupp Arena, which is obviously named after Adolph Rupp, but I'm not sure if the University of Kentucky owns it or if it is owned by the Lexington Convention Center corporation.

Corporations for the most part do not own these stadiums & arenas. They pay for the naming rights for a specified amount of time. Usually in the range of 10 years or so, that's why they change names every so often. One corporations contract expires & another corporation takes over.
