Video convertor?

I have an mp4 to mp3 convertor but I need a convertor for the videos that are .flv or .divx. I use to have a good one but I don't have it anymore.

Any suggestions on what software to download would be very helpful. I have used ImTOO convertors before, I know you have to buy them to have a decent program which is fine, but no clue which one.
