Dang! look at Before He Cheats! Roughstock isn't updating and AI Chatter updated but gave us last weeks #'s so we'll probably haft to wait till ext week for Christmas sales! Which im not happy about! Oh and btw, I read on Billboard that 48 songs sold over 100,000 this week...and Blown Away was ranked 24-30 all week long.....we finally get to sell over 100,000!!! Remind Me here we come!

Ok since BA is now at 1.203 million and it was 1.66 million last week - this means it sold 37,000 this past week. Not bad but I was hoping for a bit more. But it was the week after Christmas do album sales drop off while single sales spike due to itunes cards.

Really curious to know how much Blown Away sold. Hoping for 130k. :D And good that Blown Away managed to end the year selling over 1.2 million. I couldn't be happier with its performance. And it's back at #3 on Country Albums :) If Taylor's album was not available for $1.99 for a day on Amazon, she would have fallen way harder.

Album sales were definitely going to fall. They just didn't fall harder because we had the 24th last week and I bet many people went out to buy things for Christmas. This week we are probably seeing terrible numbers. Carrie's numbers probably won't be that ugly because she has the iTunes discount to boost her sales a little bit, but next week she'll be back to selling 10k-15k, maybe less. lol

Figures Taylor sold her album for 1.99. Not surprised. lol

Let's hope the video comes out soon to help sales a wee bit, and if Carrie attends PCAS and Grammys-- that will help a bit.

Once she is on tour-- the only tv event she will have is the ACMS in April, then maybe Idol in May, CMTS in June, etc. But she tours so much that there really is not much time for Carrie to be on tv much.

Singles might rise a little bit but not a huge amount from her touring. People may go back and buy certain songs that they heard that they didn't have cause lets get real no one ever buys the full album anymore, I mean I still do on artist that I love but in general I only buy singles.

I think she'll definitely perform Blown Away at the Grammys. It was nominated for two awards and Carrie is a country darling. I think it's a lock to be honest. :) I hope she makes more appearances.

Wasn't Carnival Ride in top 10 for year end sales in 2008?

Really great sales across the board. But that 136,000 for the Blown Away single is really jaw-dropping. This song has long legs and it will keep on running into this New Year!

So, by the looks of it, Cowboy Casanova and Blown Away should hit 2x platinum this year. CC probably in March/April. BA is harder to predict because Carrie will probably perform it at the Grammys. If Carrie doesn't perform it at all, probably around June/July we should see the certification, even though it could easily do it earlier.. I Told You So should also go Platinum (hoping to see this happening before Summer). In 2014, Remind Me and Good Girl should go 2x platinum and Before He Cheats should hit 4x platinum.

^ Agree. I really hope she does perform BA at the Grammys. As much as I wanted her to perform something different at the AMAS (which she did- 2BC)-- I am fine with a BA performance at Grammys.

-praying they include Carrie. So far it has been all about Taylor. Taylor is on that "The World is Listening" poster, and Carrie is not. Taylor and Miranda are both on the Grammy playlist they tweeted, and Carrie is not, which really sucks.

Capitol Records is doing the Grammy cd this year- as I checked on Amazon. That doesn't mean Carrie won't be included as Carrie was on it before when other labels did it. But it just feels like Carrie is not getting the love right now.

If Carrie makes the Grammy cd-- I will be thrilled- as that is good exposure for the song.
