Weight loss

This is totally random, but I just had to share this with some people. I have lost 35 pounds in the last year. I still have a long ways to go. But, I never thought that I ever be able to do this without surgery because it has always been so hard for me to lose weight, but easy for me to gain it. I have had my ups and downs in the last year, but I have done it, and if I can do it anyone can. So I hope this in a way can inspire people that were in the same spot as me, to be able to accomplish whatever they want to.

Congrats but i think it really hard to loss weight because you need a proper diet plan with exercise on daily basis. I try for few month but don't get a proper result because i can't exercise regularly due to more work burden.

Well done, lolita! Congrats!

I lost about 20 pounds a couple of years ago (weight just crept up on me slowly as I got older...until one day I realized it's time to do something about it!). Just through plain old exercise, healthy eating and most importantly, daily calorie tracker/journal, like what Carrie does. It is only through this food/calorie journal that I realize how much junk I used to put into my body!

It's a slow process (even seemed like no progress in the beginning!), but I like that it's a healthy and natural way to lose weight, and because of that, it is so much easier to keep the weight off after that! =)

Keep going lolita, you can do this! Just remember to leave a little bit of room for small indulgence once a week or fortnight (chocolate, dessert etc). Just a little bit, to contain the cravings regularly and also as a bit of reward =)

My biggest thing was sweets. So I pretty much cut out Ice Cream, except for the occasional bowl of ice cream, and I switched over to dark chocolate. I rarely eat sweets anymore. There are still times during the month that I crave them, but overall cutting out junk and sweets has been the best thing for me. I will have to try to keep a food journal though. I think that would help me even more.

I know that when you lose weight quickly, in addition to beautiful legs and a thin waist, you can get a quickly aging face. I know this because my mother has always been of a normal physique and at 50 she lost a lot of weight due to stress. She immediately began to see wrinkles and the skin on her neck lost its elasticity. I would advise you to lose weight gradually and if you have problems with how you look after losing weight, then I can advise you a good specialist from Med Spa Sarasota. She helped my mom find and make facial proportions that smooth out fine wrinkles and slightly tighten the skin on her neck, so that she looks much younger.
