Weird Carrie moment in Brazil

So, some weeks ago, I was at a book store, looking for something to buy for a friend, and found this album (and of course, ran to see what it was):

I went to another store last week and found the same album on sale. It's an album full of remixes (there is Someone Like You, Sexy and I Know it...). I still don't understand why she was on the cover... and there was no remix of any Carrie songs lol I think they just searched on Google "pretty blonde girl", found the pic and bam lol So weird.

I think they should at least send Carrie a check. In this country, that would be illegal. It's probably illegal in Brazil also, but it's free PR.
