Thank you for posting. I was thinking the same thing. Didn't that DJ Tony Thomas? twitter that the next Carrie song would be a duet? Tee is the twitter expert. I hope this is true.

I really hope there will be a Carrie/Brad duet and that it'll be a single at some point, even if it's not the next one.

I could be wrong, but I think he may have said that the next new thing we hear from Carrie would not be from Play On, or he implied that at least. I think Tee tweeted him specifically about this rumored duet and he said he has not heard anything about it, but that he would try to find out soon.

If Jimmy Carter has his facts straight, then I think it is highly likely that Brad's next single could be the duet. But we'll just have to wait a couple more weeks to know. Oh and I just thought of this - how freaking awesome would it be to get a music video of the duet with Brad and Carrie!

Someone posted on the OFC that a Country Station out of Columbus, Ohio mentioned the duet this morning. The DJ said it was a new song, not a remake. ???????? Time will tell!!

I really wish someone would confirm the duet but I'm guessing it won't be until brad hits #1 and maybe even hold off until his single goes recurrent so the new one, if there is a duet, wouldn't interfere with the airplay.

Cannot wait for this!!! Since a few well-known DJ's are talking about it, I would think this is going to happen. Carrie and Brad sound absolutely amazing together; "Oh Love" is one of my favorite songs from both of them. A DJ recently tweeted he will "find out the truth" (about the duet) when he goes to Nashville in a few weeks. We will find out soon.:D

Wish I was still in Columbus so I could confirm/deny this. I'm assuming it was Woody Johnson at WCOL, and I used to listen to him pretty much every morning to hear his birthday bust. But sadly I'm not down there right now, so I have no idea. Hope it's true though.

OMG!!! yay we finally have some news! lol i LOVE carrie and brad separately, but put them together? WOW, their chemistry together just translates so well. they're Nashville's true power duo! :)
