What an absolute musical beast she is! Holy smokes! This girl is on FIRE! From start to stop she showed the world live that she flies head and shoulders above the boring stand there and just sing EOY that have in my opinion stolen her crown!!!! Carrie you just keep on doing you!!!!!!! I’m down for it!
Ditto, totally the best of best, just WOW! Carrie just keeps amazing us. Don't know how she can sing song after song live while dancing, moving & owning the stage. I'm old enough to have seen Elvis live 3x & let me tell you Carrie is up there with the King. Carrie is the Queen &n the forever EOTY forever in my book.

Totally agree!!!!! I am a rock fan and I was really stoked that Axl performed with her. She has wanted to do this forever--and it happened. They were on fire together. I wish Carrie would do a rock album. She would be great. Heads above the current EOTY that just stands there and mumbles her words--and has a drink in her hands most of the time. Carrie's shows are right up there with the best of the entertainers---all genre. I am so proud of her. GREAT show---I loved it.....Country music community does not know--or care--that Carrie is the best of the best in country music and no one can compare with her--male or female.

Omg!! That was 1 million percent worth staying up late! Just woke up and I’m just legit blown away! Vegas was one of the best times I’ve seen her live but watching her on the stream this may have been the best! Way to go Carrie!!
the Stagecoach show definitely gave me flashback vibes to her Resort World show for sure! The confidence, the swagger, the theatricality but I believe both shows showcased her stardom in completely different settings and bringing in Axl for Stagecoach may have encouraged a new set of fans. Her star just keeps rising higher And shining brighter

It occurred to me again the sheer athleticism that it takes to embrace a show like last night with such energy and stamina. There is a reason why nobody else can do that like Carrie. Even if they had a comparable voice, which nobody does, most lack the endurance it requires to continually move and maintain vocal control. The media like to comment on Carrie's famous legs - but the legs are just a visual representation of her overall health, which she prioritizes and works incredibly hard to maintain. Without it, her Stagecoach extravaganza would have been impossible!

I’m bummed I missed it. But the comments about the dead crowd, I feel like it’s kinda typical for her shows honestly…? at least from my own personal experience from attending her concerts and seeing some other televised performances. It’s just how it is a lot of times. However, is it different for any of the other female acts? Are Miranda’s and Marens fans any more active?
Yeah the crowd is usually pretty muted for Carrie's shows. Ever watch some of the videos on Dan + Shay's Instagram of the crowd all singing along to their songs? It's insane. Dan + Shay has a younger fanbase though I think, and them having a lot of big, recent hits certainly helps too. Carrie's bigger hits are mostly from years ago and people might not remember all the lyrics. Plus it doesn't help that all her songs are hard to sing. Because the crowd was definitely into BHC at the end.

That said, Carrie's set was awesome and I loved that this was her Coachella with multiple outfit changes/custom denim jacket, TBC guitar, tons of BA confetti, choir, special guests, etc. It was great she debuted the two new D&R songs (loved how happy she looked singing D&R, and hope songs on the new album become crowd favorites at future festivals/concerts), performed Church Bell a la the CMT's, and even brought out HGTA which was unexpected given the venue but is always a showstopper. Church Bells was the worst song for there to be microphone issues on though, especially given the arrangement she did. Luckily Carrie is loud enough that she powered through having to sing into Sydni's backup vocals mic. But then I thought her vocals were really quiet during the GS and IIDLY choruses too, and then some guy randomly doing mic check as Carrie started another song.. Someone definitely got in trouble.

Seems that it is clear she is taking the visuals (videos, performances) up to the next level. I can only imagine what the tour will entail. She's gunning for EOTY there's no doubt.
She dont need to gun for it…. She is it…

tell that to WME and those whoever voters….. And NFL for halftime performance… if gunning for anything, that would be it.

I looked back at the lineup for Stagecoach across its history. Carrie first headlined in 2011 then again in 2016. She was also part of the lineup in 2008 but was the act just before the headliner (Tim McGraw in that case). I don't recall any of those past appearances being anything more than just a regular festival stop, so it was really special for her to go all out this time with sets and props and guest appearances like it was her own Coachella. The livestream was a great treat as well for those who didn't attend.

Bear in mind that Carrie's songs are very hard to sing along to, especially when she does belters after belters. Even in my own car, I don't sing along to Carrie as much as others with more mellow vocals like Ed Sheeran, Taylor, Kacey Musgraves etc. It's only when I listen to her songs like Kingdom, Good in Goodbye, Heartbeat, tracks from My Gift/My Savior etc that I am able to sing along lol.

After watching Carrie twice at Stagecoach my hubby has booked a Las Vegas trip to see her at Resort World. He, the diehard country music lover, said Carrie impresses him more than any other current singer with her SHOW. She entertains him! (This is like a miracle for me lol)
