I am not sure if this link has been posted here before........ this is for all the best female singers worldwide...... I believe Carrie deserves a higher rank. Lets put her in the top ten.

this is a popularity contest and has nothing to do with the actual art of singing, and therefore should not even be called "best female singers of all time". That's just ridiculous when you have most of those pop singers even listed at all. Joke!

Well being a singer now a days is not all about the vocals..... lets face it popularity counts.

In these lists "of all time" tends to mean "don't let the hyperbole worry you, we're really interested in the last few years", and "best singer" tends to mean "one famous enough to have a fan base in the fields 90% of our viewers follow" (which tends to mean opera singers, Baroque cantata specialists, and divas of Eastern music must feel they've been wasting all those years of practice)

Still, the list being what it is, I agree that Carrie certainly deserves to be higher.

One of the comments probably explains why she isn't: "Carrie Underwood has one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard. She is just underrated because she sings Country music."

As faraway says, if the list is what it is, than yes, Carrie should be way higher.

If it were a legitimate listing of the best female voices of all time, None of them short of Whitney and Franklin would even make the list.

Mariah & Beyonce is two of the most overrated singers of all time, and Katy Rhianna and Taylor should not even be on a list of "good" singers even if that list included a million names. The world is full of good singers. Neither of these girls could be added to that list.

When singers like Carrie and Kelly are below singers like Katy Perry and others its obvious the list has no merit. You don't have to have any knowledge in music to know this is laughable and a joke.

Who cares if it is a "legitimate" list?!!! Vote for Carrie and get her to the top. This will be tweeted and written about and people don't need to see Carrie down where she is. Come on people...what happened to the VOTING ARMY! For heavens sake, we've voted for years on lists & polls that are like this one.
