I like these song titles. I'm thinking "Thunder" could be from the Blown Away era but who knows. I'm dying to hear Carrie's new music. I'm interested to hear this "different sound" she was talking about.

News that Carrie has been working with Will Hoge has made my day! Quite a few days , in fact... (It might even give Saving Country Music a reason to like her, lol)

If you don't know him, you may like to check out either of these links

Will Hoge "Even If It Breaks Your Heart" - YouTube

Will Hoge - When I Get My Wings - YouTube

Triggerman (Saving Country Music) has acknowledged Carrie's excellent vocals several times actually. He even mentioned Carrie to be a great performer - I think on his article on the iHeart Radio show. :) It's her song choices (pop-influenced songs) that he dislikes. So I guess he really will love this if the Will Hoge co-write made it as a final album track lol :).

What's the intel (because CU fans are sleuths lol) on Ross Copperman? All I know is that he wrote songs for Justin Moore and Dierks Bentley.

Feeling Like Monday sounds new, but if I remember correctly I'll Lie is during the PO (or BA era)?

actually Thunder is new- all these are new. They are not from the Blown Away era. The person who found them is reliable according to Windmills, and she checked to make sure they are new, not from an older era.

Carrie wrote with Caityn Smith recently too- this era. (smile)

So exciting!

OMG he is quite good. tx for those song samples! Very happy she went in that direction for a song or two!

Are you familiar with Jack from FUN? he wrote a song with Carrie too- and he is a very talented songwriter too.

Angelo co-wrote "Starts with Goodbye" and "I Ain't in Checotah Any More" in the SH era. I'd be pleased if he's written with her again, but I don't know if those are new.
