I looked around and I could only find the audio in this interview - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGQB_sJsMdw.The show has no videos up on it's site.

did she sing it on two separate shows? I can't remember

Me either! I only remember it because it's one of my favorite songs and I've been recording acoustics. So my husband and I loved how we could watch all of them play acoustically. Now I can't find it again!

Not the UK - but this performance that they gave on the Stockholm leg of Country 2 Country may be of interest (It keeps more of the feel of the evocative instrumentation, that I find one of the best features of the album track)
