HELP!!! Can anyone help me -- I've downloaded the video for the performance, red carpet and acceptance speeches and all I'm getting is the audio and not the video. Each file downloaded completely but I'm not seeing the video. Can anyone help me? I've already downloaded the CB performance twice and I get the same results both time. HELP!! Please!!! Thanks!

It's probably codec problem, not downloading problem. Try installing K-lite Mega Codec Pack (just google it, it's free) if you're on Windows. I don't have a Mac but you could probably try VLC Player.

Thanks for the suggestions. I haven't had issues in the past so when I encountered the problems this morning, it kinda threw for a loop.

This made a difference for everything but the CB video -- of course the one I wanted the most. I'm going to keep trying till it works!!!!

^ That is so weird because all 3 videos from the ceremony are from the same source. There should be no reason why one works and another doesn't.

I'm having hard time playing them and i try every player i have and nothing works.

After downloading the k-lite mega codec pack..
I tried to open the .ts file in "MEDIA PLAYER CLASSIC" it worked just fine.

For VLC player, it depends, not sure about the codec issues etc...

VLC is able to play this.

It plays for only couple seconds then it freezes in VLC Player.
It doesn't work in my Windows 10 player

Have you tried installing K-Lite Mega Codec Pack and playing the videos in Media Classic Player (which is included in K-lite Mega Codec Pack)?

I converted them to WMV with FormatFactory and they worked couldn't play the TS files on my media player...

I tried but i don't know which link to go to. It's not your downloads its my computer (some computers can't play TS files). I never had problems with your downloads before.

Try this one, get the 12.1.5 version K-Lite Codec Pack 12.1.5 / 12.2.1 Update - Download
To be fair, it may be because these videos' bitrate is unusually high (36mbps). Normally the bitrate is 15-20mbps.
