Alright so i need to get in extremely good shape in the next few months for the navy, I have my own routine but if anyone has any suggestions that would great. I am already in an average athletic shape but having sat around pigging out and really doing nothing all summer i need to kick myself in to gear. i just started my workout routine last week so i'm just getting started. And if anyone has anything good i can change it up. your comments are appreciated thanks
