Kenny has no platinum singles! That is interesting.

Carrie is doing phenominal in terms of digital sales when she has no crossovers anymore. So this is great.

If JAD and/or SS eventually hit platinum in like a year or so, that will be 2 more. They are both over 900k now, but I am not sure of the exact updated sales figures. So they should go platinum eventually, right cary? But maybe not for awhile.

Also, each of Carrie's albums now has 2 platinum singles, with BHC being 3x platinum. Very cool.

Not according to the RIAA site. I count 10 in their database. But it is still more than any other country act (please don't post about whether Taylor is country or not).

I looked up a number of country artists so you can see what Carrie's 6 Platinum singles means in the context of country music.

I think two of her singles arent certificated yet. But according to this, she has 12 of them past the 1 million mark.

Thats crazy that Taylor has 12, but then again she caters to pop. Thats great that Carrie has 6! Thats double the amount of the closest COUNTRY competitor. I cant believe people as big as Kenny and Keith dont have a single platinum single

country doesn't sell as much as pop/rock/RNB do Mariah Carey for example has 10 platinum singles and a double platinum ringtone
