Aww, I really love Jerrod. I had hoped he would do better.

Country album sales numbers in general really suck right now. :(

This is awesome for Carrie.

Just wondering if there is a complete list of country albums that released in 2012 only and included the sales...thanks

I am very happy with the 14k sales-- but for some reason I thought BA was up to 850 already? Guess not. It seems to be taking forever to get to 900k. lol But hopefully it will pick up a bit with the CMAs, AMAs, ACAS, CMT Artist of year if nominated.

Really does put into perspective how great her sales are compared to other artists doesn't it when you see her at over 800,000

Good numbers for Carrie . Little Big Town used to be Carrie's opening act and now doing much better on the chart.

I still say BA has a good chance of passing Tuskogee by years end if it has some nice boosts during the holidays

Well, that album will benefit from a holiday boost as well, I'm sure, so BA might get close but I don't know what the chances are of passing it (yet).

Yeah, thats why I said maybe lol but Carrie also has active singles out so I expect it to have better boost with award shows and what not as well.

Does anyone know how much Tuskegee is selling per week now?

(all this really doesnt matter because BA still wont be the number one selling country album, unfortunately) but number two is awesome too lol)

Would be nice if all Carrie fans would buy another copy of Blown Away the week "Red" is released; but only if you can afford it.

Awesome. Carrie is moving ahead of Lionel in two weeks, but Taylor will outsell Carrie in just one week and M&S will pass her next week, so she's going down just one spot.

Would be nice if all Carrie fans would buy another copy of Blown Away the week "Red" is released; but only if you can afford it.

I love that idea. We should have planned this some weeks ago, though. :/
