HITS shows that his last album released on Jan 24, 2012 sold 68,000 in it's first week. But if my memory is correct wasn't this the album that wasn't really promoted because Tim was fighting with his label? (I hope someone can confirm)

Yes, that album "Emotional Traffic" was in the lawsuits between Tim and the label Curb. It sold 67,530 in its first week.

Well it's not like he has been a big seller. I think the album prior to that one opened with 6 digits but not by much, at #2, in 2009.

Throw in the fact that it's February 2013 I think Taylor Swift has helped him a lot already.

With the Grammy there might be unexpected bumps to the Top 10.

Well if that number is with Taylor's help then I think that Tim is pretty much washed up.

I'm not. Carrie sold 13k last week due to discounts. She could sell 11k this week (not counting the possible Grammys boost already). Those prediction are for this week, and the Grammys will end at 11:30 EST. I don't think Carrie could double her weekly sales in a few hours.

Blown Away sales in Canada. I'd love if this went 2x platinum. Platinum is 80k there.

I saw a tweet earlier on my feed, that Blown Away rebounded from 37 to 34 which it said it was the biggest gain on the Billboard 200 album chart for any album so that's a good stat!

Yes, BA at #34 on the BB 200 album chart was for week 40. Exact sales numbers are over on that thread.
