Country star Zac Brown caught up in hotel room drug bust, reports say | Fox News
Country star Zac Brown was allegedly caught up in a drug bust that took place early last Friday morning at the Four Season in Palm Beach, Florida, multiple media outlets are reporting.
According to TMZ, police were called to check out a suspicious vehicle outside of the hotel. Inside the car, they found approximately 30 grams of cocaine and arrested the man found inside of the vehicle.
The man told police that he was with two women who were in the hotel. The police officers then went to check out the two women and found nine people inside of a hotel room partying, one of whom was reportedly the country singer.
One man was arrested for marijuana possession and two women were arrested for possessing cocaine.
The singer's name is listed on an arrest report obtained by Radar, however, the Palm Beach Police Department have consistently denied Brown's involvement to TMZ.
TMZ cites sources who claim police were so star struck by Brown that they agreed to leave his name out of it because he has a wife and five kids. The gossip site also says one officer asked Brown for his autograph and mocked a stripper for not knowing he was famous.
The Palm Beach Police Department and a rep for Brown did not return FOX411's requests for comment.
Brown's rep told TMZ in an email she "didn't get [from Zac or the team] anything to add."
Brown was in town to attend a charity auction at Barrett-Jackson.
