Finally catching up on this past week's show. ^^ Agree with you guys, Pharrell is really wonderful as a mentor. No wonder he is so successful. I am really loving the addition of Gwen and Pharrell because I feel that they left their egos at the door and that this competition, even though they obviously want to win, is more about helping the contestants. I thought that Taylor had some good advice to share and I really appreciate that she took the mentoring seriously, unlike Chris Martin last year.
Btw, Gwen's team were the top 2 Voice contestants on iTunes, so don't be too sure that Pharrell will win. lol.

Pharrell seems to know more about music than the others. I guess that could be because he is also a producer. I'd like to see Alicia Keys as a coach. Yes Taylor did great job of giving advice. I agree Gwen and Pharrell seem to care more about their singers. They seem to be so genuine and nice. I guess the other two have been doing it too long. I like Gwen. I want Pharell to win. If Gwen wins that would be awesome as well.

^^ Haven't watched tonight's episode as yet but good people falling by the wayside seems to be the norm this year. The competitors are all sooooo good.

Agree on Gwen but for Pharrell I would switch off Jean for Sugar. Won't really matter, the ladies are going to out quickly in this season.
Pharrell is really disappointing me with song choices.

I agree with your picks. I think that Adam has the weakest team in the competition. We'll see how it plays out.
I think that the only girl who can win is Reagan.
Anita's reggae act will grow old fast with the voters unless she changes things up, I didn't know which one to go with between Jean and Sugar, I agree neither of them are going to be around very long.
I think that a majority of people are over both of the singing competition shows.

Two surprises with the coaches saves.
I didn't get Gwen saving Ryan or Adam saving Chris over Taylor.
Blake loves Jesse so I wasn't that surprised that he saved her over James David when Craig Wayne is also a country male singer and Pharrell loves Sugar.
He had to think that there was no way that both Elijuh and Sugar wouldn't get voted through and he had to be thinking that he would take the one that didn't get voted through as his save.

I understand why the coaches picked who they did but doesn't mean I agree with them. Blake and Pharrell for the reasons you say. Gwen because she loves Ryan (she must because he should have been eliminated a long time ago). For Adam, Chris because he might be more appealing to the lady voters being that he's a single guy and Taylor isn't.
