And I definetley see 2x platinum in BA (the singles) somewhat near future. I know it needs over 600k but its still is having pretty steady sales and it should see a really nice spike the two weeks after christmas.

and not to rag on Kelly (one of the best singers imo) but I find it funny that Carries 7 year old album sold almost as much as Kelly's latest.

Again not to rag on kelly, its just awesome perspective when looking at these numbers.

Yes I love Kelly but I was hoping Carrie would beat her to 1 million haha and dang Some Hearts! Cowboy Casanova is so close!!!! And already getting Two Black Cadillacs #s and i love the Remind Me, Good Girl, and Before He Cheats consistent numbers! Just inch on up there....hopefully 2x platinum soon for the first two and I want Blown Away to stall out at 1.6 million (I consider stalling out anything below 15k).....Brian can't leave me hanging like that for weeks at a time!

and to add on to this...didnt CC have sales over 115k the week after christmas? So I can definitely see BA having an even larger bump in sales.

But Cowboy Casanova was released in late September and was a lead single...Blown Away was released in May and as a single in July so I think it'll be smaller....I'm saying 50k the week of and after Christmas....which is still very good! We'll be at about 1,550,000 by 2013, that's my prediction

Once the album was released being a lead single makes no difference really because before the album is released, people only have the single to buy and after, they have the same option they do now with BA. Plus BA is still selling like hot cakes.

BA is also way more in demand than CC was. The after Christmas bump is huge, even BHC, CC, GG etc will see nice bumps. Im guessing 100k minimal for BA.

RM for example jumped from sales around 16k to 29k to 45k in the after weeks of christmas last year. This year songs will jump even more due to Christmas being on a Tuesday. They will have almost a full week. Last year Christmas was on a Sunday and I believe sales go until monday or tuesday so it split weeks. So if RM had a full week it would have sold approximately 60k

BA is/should be selling at least 30-35k then, so i expect nothing less than 90k but I am expecting much more.

BTW I am no expert when it comes to this lol I am just making my best guess

100k!!!! Good Lord! I pray she sells that much but I doubt it but we'll see...5 singles close to going 2x Platinum in the next 1-2 years! This is a fun time....Cowboy Casanova is certified 1st then Blown Away then Remind Me then Good Girl and last All-American Girl...hopefully hahaha dream big

lol yeah, again Im no expert so I can be completely wrong. But BA (both album and single) have surprised us many times already. And that week after Christmas is the largest digital week of the year.

And again, CC jumped from 32k to 124k (I just looked it up) so Im sure BA can do the same in an even more digital age.

Your right...I mean I would've in no way said Blown Away would've sold 74k this week and I thought Good Girl sold extremely well and Blown Away has blown it out of the water....I guess I'm just one of those people who say a lower number not to get my hopes up and then when it sells that much it's that much more of a surprise haha
