Eggnog! Presents! Cookies! More Eggog!

That's what it sounds like in our heads these days, but we may as well go on pretending to work while the boss is around.

Hey, here's an idea: You ask us about next week's likely sales numbers, and we'll pretend to know something about that.

O.N.I.F.C., the very latest offering from Atlantic's Wiz Khalifa, is on course to sell somewhere in the 135-145k range, making it a contender for #1 next week against chart stalwarts Rod Stewart (Verve) and Taylor Swift (Big Machine).

How will the week's other new releases stack up? We're glad you asked. RCA's Ke$ha should be able to afford plenty of whiskey-flavored toothpaste with an 80-85k bow, while Big Machine/Republic country beau hunks Florida Georgia Line chug into the holidays with a 50-55k debut.

Wiz Khalifa's "O.N.I.F.C." album will be the highest debut on next week's Billboard 200 chart -- but it might not be No. 1.

Industry sources are forecasting the set to sell between 135,000 to 145,000 copies by the end of the tracking week on Sunday, Dec. 9. That might not be enough to capture the top slot though, asTaylor Swift's "Red" and Rod Stewart's "Merry Christmas, Baby," are both challenging Khalifa for No. 1. We'll have a better idea on how Swift and Stewart are selling later this week.

The new Billboard 200 chart's top 10 will be revealed on the morning of Wednesday, Dec. 12.

Most holiday albums should see big gains on the chart next week, after the market adjusts itself after the post-Thanksgiving week slump. Thus, both Stewart and Michael Buble's 2011 "Christmas" album (which returned to the top 10 this week) are due to earn large increases.

"O.N.I.F.C." is Khalifa's second studio effort, and follows his "Rolling Papers" debut in early 2011. That album launched at No. 2 with 197,000 sold according to Nielsen SoundScan, thanks in part to the success of his No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 single "Black and Yellow." The new album, however, doesn't have a hit quite that popular yet. Its current single, "Remember You" (featuring the Weeknd), rises 98-82 on the Hot 100. It follows "Work Hard, Play Hard," which hit No. 17 back in May.

Other albums aiming for sizable bows next week include Ke$ha's "Warrior" and Florida Georgia Line's "Here's to the Good Times." The former is tracking to move about 80,000 while the latter should sell 50,000.

SWSRN needs to be removed from country charts altogether. There is like 5 country songs on RED. No disrespect to her, but it's clear she is no longer a country artist, even in the slightest.

Tough to make predictions given they have different %'s each week, but I'm hoping around 30k (give or take) this week, given that Aldean is expected 40-45k.

I won't be surprised if the % jumps to 50 something percent or maybe even 70 something percent and see no change in Carrie's sales numbers until the final as has been the recent pattern. Keeping us guessing until the final numbers are released.

With Carrie's Grammy nom shown on tv, I was wondering if she might get a little sales buzz this week.

Also, Christmas shopping is in high gear so this should be a decent week.

I think Carrie should be getting an increase this week as Christmas is approaching, but I doubt the Grammy Nomination Concert helped. The nomination itself should have helped a little but the show didn't have a high rating.

We have to pray that stores are stocking the product.
TS can not sell 150,000 without a ton of product on the shelves.
And Carrie can not sell 50,000 with only one copy left on the shelves.

She could because people can buy albums digitally or online and order albums from stores.
