This seems like a country-heavy update, so I'd expect Carrie to fall a few more places. Still good to see it doesn't look like she's gonna come crashing down after the sale! :)

Well its another almost 14,000 so all is good. She's over 800,000 now so that's all good as well.

Yuck. I was hoping she would stay at 15k.

Hopefully the cmafest helps a bit though ratings are not huge for that show.

She is under 800k. Last week, BA sales were at 779k. With more 14k this week, BA has sold 793k-ish

Oh sorry guys wrong about the 800,000 but she's close so I still think its good. It's better than 90% of other country artists!!!:)

Just wondering if anyone knows was Carrie's opening week total still the biggest opening week of artists so far this year? I'm pretty sure she's the top country artist so far but I was curious about for all artists. Thanks!

It never was... Madonna and Justin Bieber have opened bigger so far. It looks like Dave Matthews Band is going to open bigger than Carrie (HDD is calling 271k for them) . My memory is not that good, I may be forgetting someone. But that's pretty much it :)

How are we looking for the year-end charts? Bidder, Adele and 1D are ahead of us, IIRC. Swift will probably beat us in a week or so. Anyone else? The DMB shouldn't pass us, right?

So far, #6 for best-selling album of the year and #4 for best-selling release of the year. We have Taylor and Mumford and Sons (probably passing Carrie within 2 or 3 weeks of release the latest) to be released. No more big releases if I remember well. BA has a shot at ending the year inside the top 10.

Mumford and Sons are not big sellers are they? I expect Taylor to pass us in one week sadly, but Mumford and Sons are not big sellers. Or am I mistaken?
