Yeah I have a feeling it’s more to do with My Savior honestly. This isn’t her usual way of announcing new music
this is almost exactly how she started the CP era. A post in studio followed a week later by the lead single.
Carrie knows we're anious for new music no way would she post this and then it just be a release of something old.

Completely agree! We’re getting something completely new! She’d been writing as far back as 2020 during the onset of the COVID era.

^ her first post about MG special edition was to announce it, same with the duet with Dan & Shay. No teasing of either by Carrie

Yeah, I think that if Carrie were to release MS special edition, it would have been announced ahead of time just like the MG special edition, imo.

Agree.
