Makes sense too because of the merchandise at the Vegas show! Wonder if the album was actually supposed to come out last year but they pushed it back because of the residency??

Love “Denim & Rhinestones.” For some reason it’s giving me more Storyteller kinda vibes and that’s my favorite Carrie album. I’d love that to be album title.
Sounds like a title Dolly Parton would have. I’d love to see them duet.

There was a country album with that name in the late 70's. Not sure, but I think the artist was Bobby Borcher.

There was speculation on Twitter that Carrie's "I don't need wings to fly" comment in the post of her descending from the ceiling at the ACMs may be a hint from a song lyric and that "I don't need wings to fly" would make sense coming from the song "I Don't Need the Moon" - i.e. "I don't need wings to fly and I don't need the moon". Perhaps that is the lead single from the album "Denim & Rhinestones"?? I'm stretching here. : )

I can definitely see the denim and rhinestones being related because she has been ALL over those fringe sparkly denim jackets! If that’s the mood she’s going for this era IM HERE for it! I hope she says more this week! I’m dying for more hints! Also listening to her albums lately I would love for the production to be a mix of Some Hearts, Storyteller, and My Savior!

Yes! Cry Pretty was released April 11 and the album followed on September 14. If this releases a bit earlier, do we anticipate a late August album launch?

I was thinking July or something close to it! I think CP was so late cause of her pregnancy and maybe it would have been a tad sooner. Maybe at this rate she will even tour by the end of the year!

I love the title very much, whether its album or song title.
I wish for once, she would release single and album on the same day as a surprise, like some artists do, not with several months between single and album, especially when its been more than three years since last album. But either way, I’m happy we are finally getting something.
