What? I never said Carrie built it.Just suggested she saw it at the Preds game and thought it was a cool idea for her tour.

I THINK, what happened was - Carrie told them what she wanted about the Cry Pretty 360 Tours and they made the design and built it. And since it happened already during previous Predator's Game (that use of the curtain), Carrie might have suggested that same thing. It is like building your house - you tell the architect and the contractor what you want about your new house. Then, the architect and the contractor made the design and build it.
