Now that the exclusive rights have expired, Courtney Marie's epic performance at last September's AMA awards has been posted on YouTube
Dressed in a sky blue Nudie suit, with red flowers and cactus, and enough fringes to make even Miranda jealous, she rocked the Ryman with her powerhouse voice, backed by multiple banks of organ keys, the house band, and the McCrary Sisters, to bring most of the audience to their feet, for her album's title track, "May Your Kindness Remain"

I'm so glad Rolling Stone introduced her to their readers. This song has been one of my favourite country songs I discovered last year. And this performance makes my heart full.

Ann is listed as a power player in her category, so Mabe will have additional clout. I can't imagine how she could not be in the HOF.

.@musicFIRST & @future_of_music studied the sale of country stations from Citadel to Cumulus. Songs by women were reduced by 34.7% after the sale. “Female perspectives on these stations were underrepresented before the sale, and have been even further underrepresented since.”
