Hallelujah Music Video

261K...this way this song premiered on Facebook and still has higher numbers than Southbound and Drinking Alone did on their respective first days is impressive!

Has anyone seen the comments on Carrie'post on Instagram? It's awful, people are really hurtful

Don't pay any attention to it. Everybody has hatred even ones who act like they don't.. That's why everybody has gotten mad at her for something or another. This was not the first. It wont be the last. Enjoy the song and video. Just ignore it.

Finally saw the video during the YouTube release and here's my interpretation.

Carrie and John are both angels who descended from heaven and they visited an abandoned church to do some sort of a rendezvous. They then join each other in singing a hymn, prayer detailing their hopes and wishes for the world. The images of people are flashbacks to when people are free to visit churches and celebrate. Not many countries allow open worships today because of corona.

At the end, you can see John and then Carrie vanish, signaling the end of the prayer.

This is fantastic! This may be Carrie's biggest hit in years...not that I'm complaining! It's great!
