I was really against the idea of releasing Two Black Cadillacs as single #3, but...................................................... OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!

I have a feeling that this is not a decision that was just made, I think this was always the plan. Just like when we were told, right from the beginning that TBC edited version for radio was already done. If my feeling is correct they may already have all the preliminaries for the video set they only need to shoot the video.
This is all sooo exciting.
I hope some radio stations decide to play the album version of TBC with the extended instrumentation. I really love that part and I feel it adds to the sinister mood of the song. Not to mention, sophistication and class. And it surely should be included in the video.
I absolutely love this choice.

I know Carrie really wanted 2BC as a single and so did I so I am glad it is! Like some others at first I wanted DYTAM, but I agree with you guys that 2BC would be weirder to release as a spring single...so overall I am happy! I cannot wait for this video!! I wonder who will direct?!?

Well, I'm all for it, but I didn't think they would use the magic bullet so soon. I think this is the gem of the album and will continue Blown Away's great run.

I do not think the song is in anyway dark. To me it is about women freeing themselves or being freed.
lol, I love TBC , but it is dark...the women kill the man.How is that not dark.They murder him!
Thye didn't need to be freed from anything,They could have just walked away. Especially the mistress.

It's not that I don't like TBC, it's just that I don't think it's a good idea to release it now because it's too similar to BA. I think they should've gone with DYTAM or WAW; TBC should be a single later on! Oh, well! I can still see this as her 16th #1--it will still be a hit because she has US as fans and we always come through...
