I've always found the 'this is a summer single/this is a winter single arguments so odd. A song is a song especially in today's world of steaming it just makes no difference when songs are released. They'll be successful or they won't.

I thinks it’s because HMH makes me want to blare it with my windows down, and I associate upbeat and fun with summertime, whereas I associate fall/winter with spooky, gloomy, or sad. Just my opinion.

1.5 months post release date and almost mid 30s, and that's WITH it being the holidays and songs moving slowly due to Christmas Music getting airplay. This song is doing quite well! I am cautiously optimistic that this could be #1 by May. (and then the song of the summer, BURN!)

looking at the AC chart currents/recurrents Hallelujah (171/.545) and Favorite Time of Year (88/.500) both are charting( both would be top 20)
on Christian AC with C?RC O Come All Ye Faithful (130/.598) is charting
