There's a snippet about Isaiah in the October 5 issue of Us Weekly. He's already a little star. ;-)

some Isaiah/mother talk

Carrie Underwood Feels Like "a Happier Person" Since Welcoming Her "Sweet" Baby Isaiah - News - WIN 98.5 Your Country - WNWN FM - Battle Creek, MI

Carrie Underwood is gearing up to release her new album, Storyteller, next month while also tending to her baby, Isaiah , who was born February 27. The little one is currently teething, so he's not sleeping as well as he used to.Carrie says, "He kind of wakes up kind of whiny and just needs to be comforted."
Besides that, Carrie says she and her husband, Mike Fisher , couldn't ask for a sweeter bundle of joy than Isaiah.
"He's such a great baby," Carrie adds. "Like, smiley and happy and just sweet. I'm sure all babies are sweet, but he's, like, really sweet."
Those good baby vibes are rubbing off on Carrie, too. When asked how motherhood has changed her, she says, "I feel overall like I'm kind of a happier person, and that's kind of weird. I don't know why, but I just feel like I'm just kind of in a better mood most of the time, unless I'm really sleepy."
Carrie's own mother, Carole , has noticed a change in her daughter since Isaiah came along, too. Since Carrie's two older sisters were grown up and out of the house for most of her childhood, she pretty much grew up an only child. Coming from that environment into being a country superstar means Carrie is used to getting her way most of the time. That selfish streak has fallen by the wayside now that Carrie is a mom, though.
She explains with a laugh, "I think my mom kind of expected me to be overwhelmed by motherhood because of that. She tells me all the time that she's surprised and happy and that I was different than she thought I'd be, so that's good."
Carrie adds, "I'm sure she had a little faith in me, but it's different when all of a sudden your focus is entirely shifted to this little thing."
Look for Carrie's new album, Storyteller , to come out October 23. The first single, "Smoke Break," is already a big hit at country radio.

Carrie talking about Isaiah.

“I tell [Isaiah] constantly that he's the best thing that me or Mike has ever done.... [Isaiah is] just the easiest, sweetest guy. Like he's smiley. He only cries if he's hungry or sleepy.... No colic. He's teething. He's been a total champ. He's just an easy sweet baby!”

The other night on After Midnight, there was a brief soundbite with Carrie talking about what she thought Isaiah's Halloween costume was going to be this year. She said there's alot of pressure with figuring out the first costume. She did say that she calls him her 'little mouse'. She was thinking about maybe having him be a fish!!! HAHAHAHAHA Or else a little mouse since that's what she calls him. It was so sweet listening to her talking about him.

That's adorable! I hope Carrie shares a photo of him in his Halloween costume. :)

My little girl was a mouse when she was a year old. She was only 2 1/2 months old her first Halloween so I just got a Dalmatian onesie and cap from the Disney store.
